Setup guide
- Create a customer group (optional) — In Customers, create a group by picking customers or by customer tag (e.g. vip). You can also pick customers directly in a rule.
- Create a price rule — In Price rules, choose the customers, choose the products (all, specific, collections or product groups) and set a percentage or amount off.
- Activate the checkout discount — In Settings, click Activate discount. One automatic discount is created in Shopify and applies all your rules at checkout.
- Turn on storefront prices — In the theme editor, enable the app embed under App embeds so logged-in customers see their price on product cards and product pages.
Frequently asked questions
Who receives a special price?
Only logged-in customers who are covered by a price rule, either directly or through a customer group. Guests and everyone else pay regular prices.
What if a customer matches several rules?
Only one price applies per product. Rules are applied in priority order, and the app warns you when you add a customer who is already in another rule so you can choose which one wins.
Does it work with my other discounts?
Yes. In Settings you decide whether customer prices combine with product, order and shipping discounts. Shopify only combines two discounts when both allow it, so check the other discount's combination settings too.
Can I use a fixed amount instead of a percentage?
Yes. Each rule can take a percentage off or a fixed amount off every unit, in your store currency.
Why don't I see customer prices on my storefront?
Make sure the app embed is turned on in your theme editor, that you're on the Starter or Pro plan, and that you're logged in as a customer who is covered by a rule.
Does it slow down my store?
No. Checkout prices run inside Shopify Functions, and storefront prices load asynchronously after the page has rendered.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English, Turkish, Dutch, German and French.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify removes the app's discount automatically. Your sessions are deleted immediately and all remaining store data within 48 hours.
