Terms of Service

1. The service

The App lets Shopify merchants give selected customers or customer groups a special price on selected products, as a percentage or fixed amount off, at checkout and on their storefront.

2. Eligibility

You must have a Shopify store and be authorised to install apps for it. You are responsible for all activity under your store account.

3. Plans, trials and billing

• The App offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Plan features and prices are listed on our website and in the App.
• Paid plans include a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance through Shopify, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the App. Shopify prorates charges when you change plans.
• Charges and refunds are handled by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's billing terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the discount rules and rates you configure and for checking that prices shown to your customers are correct. We recommend testing your setup with a test customer before going live.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it in violation of any law or Shopify's terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and working at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.

7. Intellectual property

The App and all related software and content are owned by TierPrice. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your store while your subscription is active.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TierPrice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Data is then handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
